A brokerage built around one job: yours
HomeBuyer Brokerage is led by owner and broker Victoria Ray Henderson, whose real estate career began in 2010. A Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent, Victoria serves on the board of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, and has spent her career educating home buyers about market conditions and the steps to home ownership.
Every agent here chose buyer-only work on purpose. We never list homes, never represent sellers, and never practice dual agency. Across Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, our loyalty belongs to the buyer alone.

We never list homes, never represent sellers, and never practice dual agency. There is no inventory to sell you and no listing side to protect, so every negotiation on price, terms, and repairs is made purely in the buyer’s interest.

Our exclusive buyer agents are licensed real estate agents in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, and members of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Each jurisdiction has different contracts, addendums, and disclosure rules, and we work in all three.
Do you have financial ties to lenders or title companies?
No. We have no financial ties to lenders or title companies and no inventory to sell. Our only role is to guide you, explain your options, and resolve issues along the way.
