
Victoria Ray Henderson

Victoria Henderson was born in Washington, D.C., and began her professional life in voice-overs and radio broadcasting. She served as the news director for several local stations and was an on-air talent with the Voice of America before transitioning into real estate.
Today, Victoria is an exclusive buyer broker who loves helping people navigate the path to homeownership. She teaches online home buying classes throughout the year and works one-on-one with clients to create personalized home buying plans based on their goals, timeline, and budget.
Victoria holds the Green designation, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Military Relocation Professional certifications through the National Association of Realtors. She has also completed the Alliance Certified Ally curriculum with the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Additionally, she is a Certified Exclusive Buyer’s Agent with the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (naeba.org).
Victoria hosts the NAEBA podcast Listen Up Homebuyers! and currently serves on the NAEBA board. She is proud to work with a wide range of clients and is known for building strong relationships and providing unmatched service. With experience closing multi-million-dollar transactions, she fully understands how overwhelming the home buying process can feel—and she is honored to guide clients through such an important milestone.
In 2024, GCAAR recognized Victoria as one of the top producers in the Greater Washington, D.C., region, awarding her the prestigious GCAAR Recognition Award.
