Victoria Ray Henderson

Victoria Henderson was born in Washington DC and attended Takoma Academy and then the University of Maryland. After college, Victoria began a successful career in voice-overs and radio broadcasting. Victoria was the news director for DC-101 and WASH-FM with broadcasting experience on many local radio stations and the Voice of America.

As a voice-over and on-camera talent, Victoria was the host of FBI training videos and government agency videos including the DOD, Navy, Army, and NOAA.

Victoria’s real estate career began in 2010 and she became a broker in 2013. Victoria loves educating home buyers about current market conditions and the steps to home ownership.

Victoria has the Accredited Buyer Representative and Military Relocation Professional certifications through the National Association of Realtors and has completed the Alliance Certified Ally curriculum with the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. In addition, Victoria is a Certified Exclusive Buyer's Agent with the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (naeba.org)

She is the host of the NAEBA podcast, Listen Up Homebuyers! Her guests have expertise in home-related topics including home inspectors, mortgage lenders, decorators, roofers, insurance agents, and others.

Victoria works with a variety of clients and loves building relationships and providing unmatched client services. She has closed multi-million dollar transactions and understands how the process of buying a home can feel overwhelming. She feels honored to gain the trust of buyer clients and be part of such an important decision.
