Exclusive Buyer Agents in Real Estate
Listen Up Home Buyers! a podcast created by Victoria Ray Henderson with the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. On this episode, Victoria talks with Rich Rosa the president of NAEBA in 2023.
What is the difference between an exclusive buyer's agent and a buyer's agent? A buyer's agent works for a traditional real estate brokerage. Traditional brokerages list properties for sale and have listing agents, dual agents, buyer's agents and others.
Exclusive buyer brokerages like HomeBuyer Brokerage are members of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents and only represent home buyers. This avoids the inherent conflicts of interest, like dual and designated agency, that arise with traditional brokerages.
